SupplyHandlers wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born out of a broken system and a chance encounter. Before we were partners, Ashim was exactly where many of you are right now. As an e-commerce founder and dropshipper, he was stuck in a cycle of frustration. Sourcing agents promised the world but delivered the same old headaches: quality drift, shipping delays, and "ghost" tracking numbers. He was bouncing from one agent to the next, searching for a partner who treated his business with the same urgency he did.

The Turning Point

While looking to replace yet another agent, Ashim met Wynn. Wynn was looking for his first major client. Ashim, operating on a hunch but expecting more of the same, decided to give Wynn a shot. The result was different. Wynn didn't just source products; he optimized the entire operation. From refining material quality and custom branding to slashing shipping times, Wynn treated Ashim's business like his own. He wasn't just an agent—he was an operational partner.

Within months, the business scaled so rapidly that Ashim flew to China. What started as a client-agent relationship turned into a deep partnership. One evening, over a hot pot dinner, the two had a realization: the industry didn't need more agents. It needed better "Handlers." They saw that the traditional model was flawed because it lacked the bridge between the client's struggle and the market's reality. Ashim understood the client side—the late-night chargebacks and the brand-building pressure. Wynn understood the China side—the factory floors, the logistics hubs, and the "boots-on-the-ground" reality.

We didn't call ourselves SupplyHandler because this isn't a one-man show. We are SupplyHandlers.
