Specializing in the manufacturing of men’s genuine leather apparel for over a decade, this factory is situated in Wenzhou—a major hub for China’s domestic leather industry. It operates as a comprehensive, vertically integrated facility, encompassing R&D, design, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, and OEM/ODM services. Our core product range includes genuine leather jackets, sheepskin jackets, cowhide coats, PU leather trench coats, shearling outerwear, and down-filled leather garments. We strictly select premium raw materials—specifically top-grain sheepskin and cowhide—and adhere to eco-friendly tanning processes to ensure our products possess a soft texture, exceptional durability, and resistance to deformation. Our workshops are equipped with a full suite of professional machinery, including precision cutting tables, synchronized sewing machines, edge-painting machines, and shaping presses. Our manufacturing processes cover every stage, from die-cutting and precision stitching to edge sealing, anti-cracking treatments, and final garment pressing; we maintain rigorous quality control over stitch density, seam alignment, and leather surface integrity. We welcome custom orders based on client samples, offer rapid-response production for small-batch orders, and provide comprehensive OEM/ODM private label services.

The facility boasts over 9 years of experience in the garment industry, spanning a factory area of ​​more than 8,000 square meters and a warehousing space of 3,000 square meters. The warehouse currently holds an inventory valued at approximately 20 million RMB, supported by a comprehensive suite of production equipment. The operation employs a dedicated team of 12 in-house designers—including three senior designers—and features specialized departments for pattern making, printing, production, and final quality control. The factory represents a total investment of 80 million RMB and covers an area of ​​70 mu. It features two two-story production facilities, over 200 pieces of specialized garment manufacturing equipment, and an imported CAD system that integrates design, pattern making, grading, and marker making capabilities. The factory employs a workforce of over 200 people, with an annual production volume of 500,000 units and an annual output value reaching 50 million RMB. The facility primarily manufactures various types of down jackets (including goose down), padded cotton jackets, PU garments, and other woven apparel.

Covering a total area of ​​over 20,000 square meters, the facility currently employs more than 300 workers and houses over 800 pieces of production equipment.
